Emily’s passion for her career, creativity, and love for Aveda led her to becoming the owner of Salon. She uses hair as her canvas, bringing a distinctive aesthetic and fresh approach to draw out each client’s unique beauty. Mastering skills in cutting, coloring, and styling, Emily’s distinct sensibility got industry insiders to quickly recognize her unique ability to blend innovation with classic designs. She started her career in 2001 and has become an advanced leader in the Aveda network. Not only does she enjoy making people look and feel there best, she strives to set an example for environmental leadership in the world of beauty.
LISA SCHMIDLIN
A Cincinnati native, Lisa knew after graduating high school that she wanted to pursue her passion for the hair and beauty industry. She graduated from the Aveda institute in 2004 and continues her education through Aveda’s cutting and coloring courses. Lisa places high value on listening to her clients and understanding their needs in order to make them look and feel their best.
JEN LEWTON
Jen is a native of Cincinnati and has been a stylist since 2005. Jen trained at the Aveda Fredric’s Institute and continues her education through advanced courses. Keeping up on trends, she loves to try new things to keep looks fresh and creative color is her specialty. Jen strives for complete client satisfaction through a thorough consultation and above and beyond customer service. Jen loves her career and feels that it’s a privilege to make people feel beautiful every day.
ROSANNE RYAN
Rosanne brings over 25 years of experience to the Salon Oakley team. A master of her craft, she keeps up with the latest techniques and hair trends and takes pride in creating customized looks for each individual client. She believes in giving not just a world class experience, consistent service, but creating and providing each guest with what they need to recreate their look at home. “It’s a great feeling to see a client leave the salon with a smile on their face and a little spring in their step”.
